Estonian Institute published a new English-language booklet that besides text contains numerous photographs and drawings about the diverse Estonian nature.
The publication designed by Aadam Kaarma and illustrated by Kärt Ojavee tackles all the most important aspects of Estonian natural environment, from Estonian location and geography to our flora and fauna, plus more exciting species in nature. Among other fact the reader learns that Estonia has about 1450 water bodies, that marshland, bogs and forests make up over one fifth of the territory, that of 350 vertebrate species about 10 are dangerous alien species, and much more.
‘Estonian nature’ is available at the Estonian Institute for free.
