Helsinki. The day of Estonian food in nature shop

The Estonian Institute in Finland invites everybody interested in Estonian cuisine to the nature shop "Ruohonjuuri"!
On 13 May between 11 and 16 you can learn how to make proper Estonian pickled cucumbers and how to prepare salted beans. Additionally, Mika Keränen from the Estonian Institute gives an overview of Estonian eating habits and culture and talks with Mikko Rahtola from the Finnish Gardening Society who shares his experience of Estonian organic farming.
A new publication of the Institute, "Estonian Cuisine", is also introduced.
